Submitting property information is free and does not create an agreement to buy or sell. A form submission is a request for contact, not an appraisal, binding cash offer, or guarantee that Kul will purchase a property.
Purchase terms are agreed separately
Any purchase depends on review of the property, title, authority to sell, and other relevant circumstances. Price, closing date, conditions, and responsibility for costs must be stated in a separate written agreement. Mortgage payoffs, liens, taxes, existing agent agreements, and other obligations can affect the seller’s proceeds.
